About the organization
STRS Ohio (State Teachers Retirement Systems of Ohio) is a ~$100B pension fund that invests retirement funds for Ohio public school educators. The San Francisco satellite office manages its real estate investments in the West Region.
Internship description
Focused on exposing students to the basics of real estate valuation. Includes a collaborative valuation project where students do market research and learn how to price a small retail property in the Union Square district of San Francisco.
