Internship description
The intern will have an opportunity to shadow the management team which includes rotations in acquisitions, operations, capital improvements and asset management groups. The intern will have an opportunity to visit properties in the portfolio. During these site visits, the intern will complete a rent analysis of one property and their competitive set of properties in the area. The intern will come away with a basic understanding of value-add investing.
