Internship description
Focus: Mentorship-Based with Learning Opportunities The program will primarily focus on mentorship, where students are paired with Peet’s employees who guide them through the learning process and provide insights into the Coffee and business world. Emphasis on Professional Development through shadowing, workshops, and training sessions to help students build foundational workplace skills. While there may be task related items or small projects involved, the primary goal is exposure to Peet's operations as well as career exploration and professional development rather than completing large, defined projects.
