About the organization
Forell | Elsesser is a structural engineering firm focused in the SF Bay Area with around 40-50 employees. The firm has worked on many projects in the Bay Area including the Cal Memorial Stadium, San Francisco City Hall, Asian Art Museum and Expansion and more closer to campus the new University High School athletics facility on California.
Internship description
The internship will be tailored based on the applicant’s skill set. Programming skills such as Python and VBA are a plus. In the past interns have assisted with the development of databases for Embodied Carbon tracking and implementation of new concrete technology for use in PowerBI and/or Excel. Interns will attend site visits at construction sites. Additional tasks can include use of the drafting software Revit to assist in drawing production.
