About the organization
Clinic 4 Kidz provides intensive feeding therapy for children from 9 months to 12 years of age. We work with children with a variety of medical diagnosis (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux, failure to thrive, cardiac and pulmonary conditions). In addition, we also provide treatment for children with autism who display food selectivity by type and texture. Treatment is provided in the child's natural environment. Our therapists travel all over the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern Los Angeles, and Orange County to provide state of the art treatment to children. We are committed to providing individualized treatment using an interdisciplinary approach. In addition to our team, we also work very closely with the child's existing medical team (e.g., physicians, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators) to optimize treatment. In addition to providing clinical care to children with pediatric feeding disorders or avoidant-restrictive food intake disorder, we also conduct clinical research that is published in psychological and/or medical journals.
